Last night I was at a party with one of my best friends from childhood
We were celebrating her birthday.
I was with a bunch of her friends and I got chatting with one of them, Ashley.
She’s a teacher, a badass, fun AF, and totally is a vibe.
Now we got talking about business, health, relationships and all the things.
And she said something that Just. Freaking. Resonates.
She said, the one thing I tell my students, that they MUST remember, is that…
“your body know’s and you can trust your gut, no matter what”….
“If there is only one thing you remember, remember this.”
I completely agree.
And this is how I live my life.

you witness the most impossible synchronicities
you experience FLOW.
