This past week I had an amazing coaching session with a friend.
She was feeling contracted, at a stand still and frustrated about her current situation.
She felt STUCK.
And by the end of the session she was feeling open, relaxed and at ease in her own body.
Peace of mind was not only evident in her body, but her whole entire BEING.
Her entire REALITY.
She felt free again.

Do a quick scan from head to toe and notice where you feel lack of freedom.
Notice where you feel a lack of self expression.

Fully expressed.

TUNE IN.
BE with what is.
FEEL your emotions.
NOTICE your beliefs.
And you will see a shift.
You will see an opening.
The answers to your heart’s questions will be answered.
And you will BE back in flow,
Back in ease,
Back in the beat and pulse of life.
