Due to the digital nature of many of our offerings, the immediate access provided to proprietary materials, and the time, preparation, energy, and expertise required to deliver coaching and educational services, all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
By purchasing or participating in any Programs, Products, Services, Workshops, Memberships, Coaching Containers, Courses, Digital Materials, or Program Materials offered by Dr. Shelby Aitcheson, High Performance Mindset Coaching. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund Policy.
No Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law:
- all purchases are final
- no refunds will be issued
- no partial refunds will be granted
- no refunds will be provided for unused sessions, missed calls, lack of participation, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to complete the program
This policy applies to:
- private coaching
- group coaching
- workshops
- memberships
- courses
- digital products
- downloadable materials
- online programs
- live events
- recordings
- subscriptions
- and all other services or materials provided by the Company.
By completing your purchase, signing a contract, enrolling in a program, or submitting payment, you understand and agree that your payment obligation is binding and non-cancellable.
Program-Specific Refund Exceptions
Certain programs or services may include limited refund terms that differ from this general policy. Any program-specific refund terms will be clearly communicated in writing at the time of registration or purchase and will supersede this policy for that specific offer only.
If a program-specific refund option is offered:
- refund requests must be submitted in writing within the stated timeframe
- refunds will only be processed according to the stated terms
- processing fees, administrative fees, or payment platform fees may be deducted where applicable
Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all remaining payments according to the agreed payment schedule, regardless of:
- participation level
- completion status
- personal circumstances
- scheduling conflicts
- or satisfaction with the program
Failure to complete payments may result in:
- suspension or termination of access
- collections activity
- additional fees
- legal action where necessary
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes without first contacting the Company to attempt resolution.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy may result in:
- immediate revocation of access to programs and materials
- termination of services
- collections efforts
- legal action
- recovery of unpaid balances, fees, administrative costs, and legal expenses
The Company reserves the right to provide this Refund Policy, signed agreements, payment records, participation records, and communications to financial institutions or payment processors in response to disputes.
Digital Products & Intellectual Property
Due to the immediate access provided to proprietary digital materials, recordings, educational content, downloadable resources, and intellectual property, refunds are not available once access has been granted unless otherwise stated in writing.
Unauthorized downloading, sharing, reproduction, or distribution of materials after requesting a refund or chargeback is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Removal from Programs
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from programs, coaching containers, memberships, communities, or services for:
- disruptive behavior
- harassment
- policy violations
- breach of confidentiality
- inappropriate conduct
- unauthorized sharing of materials
- or violation of Terms & Conditions
Removal from a program for these reasons does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
- illness
- emergencies
- internet outages
- technical failures
- natural disasters
- acts of God
- government restrictions
- or other unforeseen events
Such circumstances do not constitute grounds for refund.
Acknowledgement
By purchasing or participating in any services, programs, or products provided by Dr. Shelby Aitcheson, High Performance Mindset Coaching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Refund Policy.
