A big belief I have seen in a lot of my clients who are…
trying to grow their business,
get more clients,
increase their fees,
increase their net worth,
get a raise, or a higher paying job,
Expand, scale and create….
is that underlying all of the actions they are taking in order to accomplish their goals,
is that they have some counterproductive beliefs about money.
Most commonly, they think it’s hard to get.
And to get more money, means working a lot harder,
maybe even sacrificing time with their family, friends, or what truly matters to them most.
So they struggle.
They never get the raise,
the new job,
the extra clients,
the higher fees.
because deep down, they don’t want to compromise what is most important to them.
I experienced this in my own money journey.
But what if this wasn’t how money actually works?
What if this was just a belief?
A misperception?
What if this was programming that was picked up from childhood, from the authorities, from your parents, or your teachers when you were younger?
And you could have what you desire financially…
And you don’t have to sacrifice what is most meaningful to you…
And you don’t have to jump through the proverbial money hoops…
I have found this to be true for myself.
And when I look back at some of the beliefs and internal programming I had, I can totally see why I have had the experience with money that I have had.
So can I share something with you that I discovered?
In a very real sense….
Money is not hard to get.
Money is not easy to get.
Money just IS.
And it is our beliefs and perceptions about money that make it REAL for us.
And create our experience of it.
Kind of like the placebo effect.
Except, with money.
I have definitely experienced this in my entrepreneur journey.
There were times when I found it SO HARD to get someone to coach with me for free in the beginning….
like literally, they wouldn’t coach with me FOR FREE lol.
Since then, I have made some significant shifts internally,
And now, I experience clients paying me $10k up front without ever having met me, or even having a discovery call.
They just know they want to work with me, and they just choose into that. Very few questions asked.
And I technically didn’t have to “do” anything,
Yet, at the same time, I do show up in my business,
I do share my blogs, photos & the message from my Soul.
I create offers on what I am inspired by.
And that’s just me being me.
Doing what’s most aligned for me in the moment.
You see again, money is not hard or easy to get.
Money just Is.
And to a very large extent, it follows exactly what you believe about it.
If you think it’s hard to get,
It will be hard to get.
If you think you gotta do A-B-C in order to get it,
You will have to jump through the hoops of A-B-C to get it.
At the end of the day money is just currency,
A form of exchange that flows,
And what’s ironic,
The value of whatever product, or service you are providing,
Is literally only PERCEIVED value.
There is no absolute value of ANYTHING.
The housing market is a great demonstration of this.
And, the perceived value is 100% based on the customer or client.
For example, if you have a really high value on fashion and brand names,
You may have no problem dropping $30k on a watch,
Or, if you have a high value on education and learning,
You may hire a mentor for $30k to solve your biggest issues without blinking.
Or maybe you have a high value on your kids and their experiences growing up,
So you spend $30k on all the sports equipment, fees and trainings in order to have them in the best summer camps.
Value is just a perception,
And is based on the buyer making the decision.
And the money, that is just the exchange of value that you can use to fulfill what is most meaningful to you,
So if you currently experience that money feels,
Tight,
Restrictive,
Limiting,
Not enough,
Dried up,
Not flowing,
Begin to reflect, what do I believe about money?
What do I believe about making money?
And then ask yourself….
What would it feel like if it were the opposite?
What if in fact I could experience the opposite?
What if the opposite were actually true for me?
And see what happens 🙂
Start there, and continue to expand,
Cheering you on,
XO
