Over the past 10 years I have discovered some effective tools for dissolving anxiety, that legit can transform your life.

you may be thinking…
“that’s just not possible”
“I don’t believe that even exists, otherwise I would have known about it already”
“you don’t know what it’s like…my anxiety is SEVERE”
“I’ve tried everything and it either only *kinda* works, or it is just not effective at all”
and true, this may be your experience up until now.
However – I’m here to tell you there is another way
Another option
hope.
That you CAN do what you desire
go for what you want
experience anxiety, AND

If you are new to me, or new to my writing, I’ll share a little about myself for some context.
In my 2nd year of chiropractic college I sustained a 2nd & 3rd degree burn from an oil fire.
Essentially hot flaming oil poured over my right hand and forearm. Eeek.
Saying that that was a suckey experience would be putting it mildly.
It was horrible, painful and an awful time in my life.
And I can honestly say, after the transformative work I have done on that experience – I wouldn’t change a thing.

Anyway…back to anxiety.
Following this experience, I had full on PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) specifically in relation to fire, cooking (esp. that *crackling* sound) and basically anything hot.
I legit felt I was going to get burned.
Anytime someone was cooking with an open flame, or I heard that same “crackling” noise, my body would instantly freeze, I would get a tightening in my throat, my heart would start to race and I would start sweating like I was in 40 degree heat.
It was intense.
That led me to study the gurus and leaders in the mind-body world for over the last 10 years.
And what I’ve learned is that you CAN transform anxiety.
You CAN shift how your body responds to events.
You CAN feel like you have control over your life again.
It is possible.
If I can do it, so can you.
And it all starts with getting INTO the anxiety.
FACING your fears.
Getting INTO the uncomfortable feels.
And fully accepting what IS.
And in those moments you may notice some perceptions about past experiences that KEEP triggering your anxiety, such as…
“I’m not safe”
“This is not safe”
“He is not safe”
And these are the TRIGGERS within YOU.
That ONLY you can remove.
ONLY you can dissolve.
Only YOU can transform.
So you can feel at ease in any situation.
So you can FEEL safe.
So you don’t keep getting triggered when you’re trying to have fun and just live your life.
And this coaching and transforming is not as painful of an experience as you might think.
In fact whatever created the trigger, is already done. Gone and dusted.
So you NOW can remove it,
Be free.
FEEL free.
Experience ease,
And take NEW actions
to get NEW results
So you don’t keep getting STUCK
