One of the most powerful things you can do,
when it comes to getting more of what you want,
is to DECLARE what you want, what you desire,
and just CLAIM IT as if there is no other option.
As I prepare to come back to Canada for summer, I was just thinking of a perfect example that demonstrates the power of this exact principle of manifestation….
About 1 year ago today I was in Canada, having just finished another Winter,
And I remember saying to myself… “I will NOT be here for another winter”
I didn’t know how it was going to happen,
and to be honest…deep down I don’t even think I believed how it could be possible.
All I knew was that I was done with the cold weather,
Done with the limitations and restrictions,
And I was ready for something different.
Now during this time, Ian was in Australia – he had just returned from visiting me,
and we were planning on when we would see eachother next.
He just got a new job opportunity IN CANADA and things were looking good.
His job even involved travel.
His first destination…AFRICA.
So here I am thinking….”omg….maybe THIS is how I will escape another canadian winter”
Don’t get me wrong….winters aren’t all that bad,
but the last 3 years were challenging in winter.
I was less active,
extremely restricted of where I could go,
and what I could do,
and to be honest, I just had enough.
NOW….fast forward to August of 2023.
I decided Ian probably needed some help to sell everything and move to Canada, so I decided to come to Australia to help him transition. I mean….he didn’t have to twist my arm too hard for a visit.
Anyways…we are selling, packing….selling, more packing, and 2 weeks before we were about to head to Canada to start our life together,
he gets an email at 730AM saying his Work Visa has been rescinded.
Completely unexpected,
and threw our plans in for a loop.
In that moment, we decided that since my visa is active for 12 months, I might as well stay in Australia while we figure everything out….without a proper couch and bed as everything he had…we sold LOL.
So long story short….and a great reminder to myself….is that,
when you want something,
and it is aligned,
DECLARE & CLAIM IT.
Back yourself.
Expect it will happen.
AND…let go of how it will unfold.
I couldn’t have predicted staying in Australia for 1 year,
Going to Singapore,
Visiting my bestie in Thailand,
And missing the Canadian winter….
I mean…I probably couldn’t have planned for a better outcome to be honest.
So, let go of the HOW,
Declare what you desire,
And watch the magic unfold.
